So very interesintg! Egypt! who would have thought things would have gone such awry over there. I feel like I've dropped the ball a considerable amount on my daily blog postings, and I sincerely do apologize. Perhaps the copius amounts of alcohol, and snowboarding have taken up my time, and kept me away from reading the Huffington Post everyday. Meanwhile here at Keene State, We've had a two snow days in a row, so stir crazy aside, let's get down to a weekly recap.
Egypt, may soon explode due to an incumbent leader who's been in power over 30 years. I just read a fact on the Washington Post that over two thirds of the country have never known another leader. Amidst the protests he still refuses to resign! But what Mubarak? has instead decided to do, is shutdown Twitter, Facebook, and a number of other media outlets. Even Al-Jazeera here in the US has been curtailed. Really interesting stuff, and I'd urge you all to go check it out, just google it and the stuff you will find is truly fascinating.
On a related side note, I'm trying to find more of an alleyway for this blog to dive into, I keep touching upon random topics, but my personal favorite, and one that's easily debated is always current events. I'll keep my postings/headings of articles always as interesting lyrics from songs. But enough with my personal life postings? Who cares? I really don't. Current Events is the new thing. Back to watching Al-Jazeera! Eeeeyalata folks!
Thought provoking articles on an array of topics. I'm just a 22 year-old journalist on an adventure mission to travel, see it all, and do it all, and advance my writing for future endeavors.
