Verb. It's what you should do.

Back on earth it's all you'll read about, the do's and do not's of dieting and exercise.

Well luckily for you, your genes have mostly taken care of that. Whether it be that you are tirelessly overworked, and attempt to substitute lack of sleep for more cups of coffee, or just shamefully embarassed that you've skipped out on many of your workouts that you planned for last New Years day, something has got to change.

Your attempts at exercise hit the fan when you get too busy.

I've noticed it myself, I'm grumpy, I'm hungry, I have way less energy than I normally do, and it interferes with the habits of a daily life and all the challenges it brings.

Seriously, the amount of things I get done at school completely blow what I'm attempting to do out of the water, and I've got to point my finger to exercise alone.

There are many certain elements one must 'do' to create a well balanced life style for sure, but ask anyone around, the people that exercise well (I'm not just talking about taking your poodle for a walk) but real hardcore exercising , like those girls that do pilates right before dinner time) will run circles around you. Whether it be in the classroom, on the field, or in the office, you've got to burn the bad energy before getting to the good energy. Plus you get these little funny feelings of joy when your body is being active.

The point is, if you're looking for the solution to mix up your life cause you're bored, or unhappy, or just looking to get out of a funk. Get up and find the time to go to the gym. How Ironic is it that I skipped going to the gym tonight to write this article? Whatever, get up and mix it up, see you out there kids.
