Tornado Warning in New England?

As most of New England is already aware, we did in fact have a tornado here in New England.

The bitter memories of Epsom, New Hampshire's tornado from several years ago came back to haunt a few counties in New Hampshire. But it was not the Granite State that suffered this year, instead it was Springfield, Massachusetts that will be re-building and has now issued a state of emergency from Governor Deval Patrick.

The death toll has not risen above 4 people last time I heard, but the damage is done. You can check out the pictures at this link here:

Now, the last time a tornado touched down in New England was in Epsom, New Hampshire ( I believe! ) I'll have to check the facts after I'm done writing this but that's crazy.

Even more so, the photos are kind of disturbing. I know when you think of tornado's your mind might switch back to that Helen Hunt Dennis Quaid movie of 'Twister' but tornados cause more than their fair share of destruction. People seriously get hurt and buildings suddenly crumble like cardboard. To put it lightly Mother Nature doesn't fuck around.

Springfield, Massachusetts may not be the nicest part of the world, but no area deserves to get messed up like those pictures show. We don't just have rough winters here, we've also got tornado's.
