Time does run by quite fast when your stressed out believe it or not. Whether it's work stress, or relationship stress, any number of preceding factors and combinations have now led me to believe that time goes by way way faster when your stressed out. In fact it seems to go by the quickest. Now it's not necessarily the best way to make time go by fast, ( No one want's to be stressed out all the time) but just looking back, my summer has gone by extremely fast because I've mixed in bits of fun with the amount of stress and working everyday.
Blogging has become an essential part for me to help stabilize within the stress. It's allowed me to reflect on things I've done over the past couple days and really slow down. By writing about events of categories of things that have occupied my mind over the few days in between my blog posts I help clear up some space in my head. Before I'd find myself going to the gym to sweat out the stress from my very pores just to feel some sort of relief. While my schedule in the mean time has taken a dip in the availability department, I feel as if writing (not only for me) but for anyone can be an excellent way to slow down and capture what exactly it is that's filling up your brain bucket.
Quick update: I've been at 58 skydives for close to a week with no advancement of getting to 100 before I go back to school. I now have 30 days to make 42 skydives and get to my first milestone in my skydiving career.
I've still got to pay for my school bill ( $2,300 ) and buy a few things such as a parking pass for school and buy books. Woof. I probably should have stuck to the motto of, 'Work smarter, not harder' to help me make more cash this summer. Eh whatever, it's all part of those tireless efforts we all strive to achieve.
